After failing to sell at auction twice, we purchased this property in June 2025. Purchasing under auction terms was very beneficial on this project as it meant an immediate exchange with completion 28 days later, meaning we could push forward with the project immediately. The build works on this project only took five months, so we had it back on the market before Christmas 2025.

We teamed up with another joint venture partner on this project and used a small bridging loan to accompany some private investment to fully fund the project.

Originally a compact five-bedroom chalet bungalow with a very awkward layout- some drastic design changes were required. We converted the garage to offer an extra living space, a stunning new kitchen/diner to allow for the essential modern day open plan living arrangement. The rest of the property underwent a full refurbishment to a very high specification. Clearing the garden, adding new lawn and laying the patio added a new dimension to the property which we are delighted with.
