Tom is a driven and focused entrepreneur with a huge passion for property and a business degree from the University of Chichester. He is a director of Hunnings Homes as well as a non-executive director of All Build Developments. Tom has a wealth of experience working with investors and managing developments valued at over £1 million. He also has a true skill for sourcing properties and has successfully sourced numerous deals throughout the UK.

As the owner of the successful and highly respected building company All Build Developments, Joseph brings a wealth of practical construction knowledge and experience to Hunnings Homes. His expertise has been instrumental in ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the exceptionally high standards that Hunnings Homes prides itself on. Throughout his career, Joseph has played a key role in the completion of several care homes for a well-known national company, alongside a variety of other complex commercial projects. He also has a strong passion for expanding his industry knowledge and regularly undertakes further training in Modern Methods of Construction. Most recently, he qualified in the techniques required to build Passivhaus properties and is now a certified Passiv Haus Consultant.

Jordan is a director of Hunnings Homes and a non-executive director at All Build Developments. He is heavily involved in the day-to-day running of projects and plays a key role in overseeing the construction process from start to finish. Jordan began his building career at just 18 years old and has spent every year since continuously developing and refining his skill set, making him one of Hunnings Homes’ most knowledgeable construction specialists. With hands-on involvement across all aspects of the build process, he has a strong eye for visualising projects and maximising the use of space. Jordan is also known for his attention to detail and for bringing forward ideas that help Hunnings Homes’ developments stand out from the rest.

Taran is a director of Hunnings Homes, TJC Fire & Electrical Ltd and Green Home Co. With a strong background in managing and delivering multi-unit mechanical and electrical contracts valued at up to £1 million, Taran provides Hunnings Homes with a complete turnkey solution for all M&E requirements. He qualified as a Level 3 City & Guilds electrician, including a 2391 Inspection and Testing qualification, from Poole College in 2014 and is also a fully trained Level 3 Fire Risk Assessor. Taran is committed to continually expanding his expertise and regularly undertakes additional qualifications to stay at the forefront of emerging technologies and alternative energy solutions, including EV charging, Solar PV battery storage, and air / ground source heat pumps.

Hannah takes great pride in providing an excellent standard of property management and maintenance across all Hunnings Homes properties. With several years of experience within the property industry, Hannah is always eager to continue learning and keeping her knowledge up to date. In 2023, she achieved her Managing Property and Residential Lettings Level 3 Certificate, further strengthening her expertise within the sector. Since joining the team in 2022, Hannah has played an integral role in supporting the impressive and organic growth of the business. Her professionalism, dedication, and proactive approach make her an invaluable member of the Hunnings Homes team.

Jenni is the Lettings Manager for T1 Lettings, the Portsmouth branch of Hunnings Homes. She joined the business in August 2023 during the acquisition of T1 Lettings and has since played a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the Portsmouth branch. With over five years of experience working within the lettings industry, Jenni brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the team and is dedicated to providing an outstanding service to both landlords and tenants across Hunnings Homes and T1 Lettings.

Aryana is one of the newest members of the Hunnings Homes team, having joined the business in October 2023. She is the Lettings Manager for all Bournemouth-based properties across both Hunnings Homes and T1 Lettings and continues to take on increasing responsibilities as the businesses grow. Aryana recently achieved her Managing Property and Residential Lettings Level 3 Certificate, further strengthening her industry knowledge and expertise. In addition to her lettings role, she also manages the social media accounts for both Hunnings Homes and T1 Lettings, where she shares project updates and advertises available rooms and properties.

Charlotte heads up the accounts department for T1 Lettings. Although she is a teacher by profession, Charlotte has successfully taken on this side of the business and now plays a key role in the day-to-day financial management of the company. As bookkeeper, she oversees the daily finances for T1 Lettings, including payroll, while also supporting the wider team with accounting and HR matters. In addition, Charlotte provides support for Hunnings Homes’ serviced accommodation business, The Oaks, acting as the main point of contact for guests and clients.

Kim has over 30 years of experience working within the construction industry, having managed the offices of several SME businesses throughout her career. She plays a key role within the Hunnings Homes group of companies, overseeing day-to-day financial operations as bookkeeper, including VAT returns, payroll, and CIS submissions. Kim also provides wider support to the team across administrative, secretarial, and HR functions, and is always on hand to assist with any queries, whether by phone or email. Her extensive experience, reliability, and hands-on approach make her an invaluable member of the business, and she truly embodies the strong family values at the heart of Hunnings Homes.
