We purchased Highfield Place is 2021 and it was our second joint venture project with Martyn Woolford and Woolford Properties.

This multi-unit freehold block currently consists of six one bedroom flats that are all rented on AST’s. Each flat underwent an extensive refurbishment after we purchased them, including new kitchens, bathrooms, decoration and flooring throughout. This property was sourced off market and after initially purchasing using bridging finance, we have since refinanced the property and envisage keeping these in our portfolio for long in the future.
